1. When can the product reach me?
Normally, it will take us about 15~20 days to tailor your wedding dress. And the shipping time will differ according to shipping methods you choose. Usually the product can reach you in about 25 days.
2. Can I change my order information after sending confirmation E-mail?
Sorry, all the orders can not be changed after we get your confirmation by email or by phone. So please check your order carefully.
3. Can I cancel my order and change a wedding dress after payment?
All orders can not be cancelled over 24 hours after your purchase, as we will make the dress according to your own measurements after your payment. We cannot change the dress and refund under any conditions. So please confirm detailed info like dress item, color, size and other special requirements before your payment.
4. Can you make the dress exactly according to the pictures I send?
Yes, we can! We welcome your coming pictures any time! Please send us the pictures of the dress by email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. Then we will ask for a reasonable price including shipping cost.
5. Do you have rush order service?
We can provide rush order service (15 days rush order). The mean processing time is 15 days. It save you nearly a week. Usually the product can reach you in about 20 days. You need to pay extra $25 for this service.
Special orders take 10 - 16 days for delivery from the designer to our location. Quick delivery orders are shipped from our location within 2 - 6 days of the purchase depending on availability. Please place your order as far in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also offers you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary. Note: designers periodically discontinue their styles without advance notice.
7. Do I need to pay for shipping fee if I send the item back to you?
Usually, we need to see whether your order problem correspond with our return policy first. We will pay for any mistakes we make. But if it is not our fault, then we will not pay for it.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via PayPal or Credit Card. And we suggest you'd better choose PayPal, which is convenient and safe to pay.
9. How do I decide what size to order?
Each manufacturer offers their own size chart, which reflects how they cut their sizes. Please see Size Charts on our site. It is important that you follow the individual designer's chart to decide your size. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment. Prior to selection your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed. The customer is responsible for the size ordered and whether or not to order special length. Webridedress cannot assume any responsibility for measurements. We are unable to assist in measurements or the selection of a size.
10. How will I be notified of my order status?
Upon submission of your order, allow 3-5 business days for us to receive Order Confirmation from the designer. Upon receipt of Order Confirmation, you will receive notification from Bridedressin via email.
11. How can I check the status of my order?
We notify our customers by email at various points of the ordering process. We suggest referring to these emails first regarding your order status. If you need additional information, we welcome you to contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
12. Is there a charge for custom-made service?
Bridedressin.com will do best to make the dress fit your body perfectly and the custom-made service is FREE! In order to make the perfect dress only belongs to you, please fill out the correct measurement of your body size. Every detail is considered carefully, you can definitely enjoy it on that big day.
13. How I can deal with my dress if it is so wrinkled when I received the package?
Actually, it is the responsibility of express company. Since it is the express company who pack and ship your dress to your hand. So we strongly suggest our customer open and check the package before signing for it. We will not take any responsibility due to express company's mistake.
14. What are the shipping methods?
There are two shipping methods:
USPS Express is FREE: 7-10 days.
DHL: $30: 4-6 days.
15. What is the return policy?
1. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee the color of the dress you get will be 100% similar as the color chart. And also different fabrics will show differentcolor degree on the same color. So we can not accept any returned dress for sake of color. Please kindly understand us.
2. If you are not satisfied with the item, please take a picture of the items first, then send us an email to confirm, in 10 days, you can return the items to us and we will make an exchange after its passing an offical inspection. Of course, we will not accept returns and/or exchanges if there is enough evidence to prove the dress have been worn. Refunds are issued in the same form in which the original payment was made and may take up to 7 working days after the reception of goods.
3. If there is nothing wrong with the quality and the size of our products have sent to you, then you will be in charge of shipping fees for return.
